Where a further check is required, including where previous verification has expired or a new transaction requires additional checks, any applicable fee will be communicated in advance.

The obligation to carry out appropriate AML checks arises from applicable legislation. The fee described above is a charge for the verification service and is not a fee imposed by law.

Using a third-party compliance provider does not remove our responsibility to ensure that the required checks are completed appropriately.
